A Personal Note from the team
What’s the story?

As winter holds on, now is the perfect time to start planning the spaces where future memories will be made.
Greetings Family, Friends, and Valued Clients,
We hope you’re staying warm through this late-winter deep freeze! It’s hard to believe we’re already well into 2025—time flies. Though the cold might still have its grip on us, before we know it, spring will arrive, and we’ll be dusting off our bicycles and swimsuits.
Generally, it is thought that the conclusion of the Super Bowl signifies the beginning of the “real estate season”, and I think that has some parallels with the “remodeling season” as well. In the last issue we discussed the opportunity to make a “dream list” for your house. What would you like your space to look and feel like? What is the message you want your space to convey to your friends and families as they spend time together with you? If a remodel is on your mind, now is the perfect time to reach out before everyone else thaws out and gets the ball rolling.

Planning ahead will give you peace of mind, knowing your project is in motion before the rush begins. As much as we’d love to fast-track every project, we follow a thoughtful, well-honed process that takes time. We’d be happy to meet with you, talk through your ideas, and share how we bring dream spaces to life.

On a personal note, I was able to sneak away for a few days and go skiing with my dad and brother a couple of weeks ago and we had a blast. This trip includes some other remodelers from across the country, and it is always good to get their input on how things are going, new and cool ideas/methods, and of course some high-level planning on how to make the world a better place.
I hope this season brings a chance to reset and look ahead to an exciting year—perhaps one that includes a home transformation!
Until next time,
John, Marc, and The Team
