Hello Friends, Family, and Clients, 

Marc here again! It seems we’ve made it to “true fall” now, and I’m optimistic this is a welcome change for all. With the transition to fall, hopefully families are more in rhythm with new schedules, and the community at large shifts from summer activities to looking toward the harvest season and holidays.

As I write this version of “What’s The Story,” The Big Guy is off on another adventure, and I am again reminded of the strong foundation he has built with the company over the last few years (50+!). At the core of what has helped this business over the last 5+ decades is an emphasis on quality—both in internal business systems and in the projects we’ve had the opportunity to build. As we continue to shift the reins to me managing the day-to-day, the foundations of quality are paramount and ever-present.

Much like a strong foundation is imperative to a successful business transition, it is also essential to every remodeling project. We’ve built a legacy on proper planning to ensure schedules start and end on time, and investing in high-quality materials so that the shine of a new kitchen doesn’t wear off in a few years. We invest in our employees and mandate that we do not cut corners to ensure things are done right, for the right reasons. All of these examples are ways we invest in quality to be certain that what you remodel today will stand the test of time.

I truly hope this version of our little newsletter finds you happy, healthy, and enjoying the transition from the hustle and bustle of summer to the grounding energy of the fall season.
