Condo Bathroom Remodel Minneapolis
Two Bathrooms, Reimagined
As part of the larger condo renovation, both bathrooms were thoughtfully redesigned for better light and everyday function.
In this Minneapolis condo overlooking the river and downtown skyline, both bathrooms were fully reimagined to enhance brightness, storage, and daily function — turning dated spaces into clean, intentional retreats.
Hallway Bathroom

Clean, Intentional Material Choices
Rather than overcomplicate the design, the focus was on clarity and cohesion.
- Classic subway tile paired with hex tile flooring — a combination that feels current without chasing trends.
- Refined plumbing fixtures that elevate the overall look.
- Improved lighting for better daily functionality
- Updated built-in shelving for towels and decor, bringing both order and intention to the space.
The result is modern — but not flashy. Elevated — but still practical.

Before: Dated & Dim
Dark tile, bulky framing, and awkward storage made the space feel smaller than it was.

After: Bright & Open
The new design transforms the same footprint into something entirely different in feel. A glass shower enclosure allows light to travel through the space, while a soft, neutral tile brightens every surface.
Primary Bathroom

Design That Changes the Experience
Here’s what brings the room together:
- A frameless glass shower enclosure allows light to move freely through the space, visually expanding the room.
- Layered neutral “stone look” ceramic tile paired with a subtle mosaic shower floor, adds texture and depth without overwhelming the design.
- A custom vanity with a quartz countertop, and brushed nickel fixtures

Before: Tight & Tired
A closed-in tub and dated finishes made the space feel heavy and cramped.

After: Light-Filled & Elevated
An open glass shower and layered stone tile create a brighter, more refined experience. Built-in shelving provides practical storage.
